My students need 30 three-ring binders and a 30-hole punch.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. P.'s classroom raised $253
This project is fully funded
I teach seventh grade math and pre-algebra and we are constantly trying to improve our test scores and become a more proficient school. Last year these workbooks were purchased by our school.
We are a very low income school and need to keep all of our resources in the best shape that we can. Our district funds were cut $6,000,000 so there is no extra money. Many of my students are raised by single parents and grandmothers.
My workbooks have a perforated edge and they were made from recycled newspapers. As you use them the pages tear very easily and get lost from the book. If I had binders to and a hole punch I could put them in the binders and help ensure longer life for the books. This is a very valuable resource and needs to be kept for further use. We do not have the money to but more because we only bought a class set for me to use.
With your help I can keep this resource useful for many years to come. In my class I believe that no child should be left behind due to lack of funds.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
