Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My students love to read and need your help! My sixth grade students live in a high poverty community and many do not have access to non-fiction books. They love to learn and need non-fiction books to add to their prior knowledge.

My students must read non-fiction books in order to build their background knowledge of otherwise unfamiliar subjects. Ancient Egypt is a fascinating subject and this book will be a perfect tool for them to learn about the fascinating burial customs of ancient Egypt.

My goal is to get my students to love to learn. This book will provide them with so much interesting information, that they will want to learn more about this ancient culture and others.

Thank you for helping me help my students. You will make it possible for my students to learn more by reading thisoutstanding non-fiction book about King Tut. I appreciate you taking the time to read my proposal and to consider it.
