Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Reading is the gateway to the world. I am a 2nd grade teacher in a small school. I have 17 children in my classroom. I am in need of leveled readers. I have a great love for reading that I would love to pass on to my children.
My students are from very poor, socioeconomic deprived families. By having these books, they will be able to expand the world around them.
I am asking for several sets of leveled readers for my classroom. These books will benefit the children in my room by giving them variety in their reading.
With your assistance, my children will be able to expand both their vocabulary and their opportunities to succeed in the future. Let me thank you in advance for your generous contribution.
