I teach third grade in a rural community. I have an inclusion class with a range of abilities from special education to gifted.

We only have a few computers in our classroom and the students have such a difficult time working together on projects when the screens are so small.

With a widescreen flat-panel monitor the students would be able to work in groups of two or three to do research or work on webquests. We also watch video clips as one of our science centers and by repositioning this larger monitor, small groups of students could sit on the carpet and watch the video clips together.

Your donation of two flat-panel monitors would increase the value of our limited amount of computers for years to come. The students would benefit so much more by working together on their research.
