This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Do you have any pictures of your school days? I send home tons of pictures each year to my parent, but some do not have a computer. I would like to send printed pictures home to those who do not have a computer.

My classroom is predominately Hispanic including English Language Learners.

While many of my students come from low income homes, they attend school on a regular basis and show interest in learning. Your donations will help nurture their dreams and experiences. They enjoy technology such as the computer, taking pictures, printing out books, and sending home emails. They are very active in class. My school is very parent and community oriented. There are many events to show off our students works either from drawings, pictures or sculptures. I print and send home lots of pictures.

My Project

I need a printer so my students can print out story books and pictures to take home. My students will be able to take pictures, with the camera, of their building, clay and lego structures and display it in the hallway for all to see. They will also take pictures of their friends and activities that they are participating every day. They will be learning how to take pictures, transfer pictures and print pictures on their own, using the camera, memory card, printer, photo paper, ink, and storage case.

Because of your donation the students who do not have a computer will be able to have memories printed out for them to cherish as they get older.

By the end of the year they will have collected memories of their preschool years. Donors like you make it possible for my students to be able to explore, learn, and widen their imagination. Together we can build a solid foundation for their future education.
