My Project

We have created a sensory room specifically designed to help students calm their bodies and minds when they are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, frustrated, overstimulated, or simply need a quiet moment away from the classroom.

For some of our students, a few minutes in this space can make a tremendous difference.

Sensory tools and flexible seating provide students with appropriate ways to regulate their emotions, release stress, and develop coping skills that they can use throughout the school day.

We are asking our generous donors to help us make this room a calming environment.
