My Project

A digital tablet will help me create and deliver high-quality, interactive mathematics lessons that students can access **anytime, anywhere**. With growing class sizes and the occasional challenges of attendance or class interruptions, students can easily miss important instruction. Through a flipped classroom approach, I can record lessons, model problem-solving strategies, and provide guided examples that students can revisit at their own pace. The tablet will also allow me to annotate and explain mathematical concepts clearly, giving students another way to engage with challenging content both inside and outside the classroom.

Every student deserves access to great instruction, regardless of the circumstances they face.

My goal is to continue providing meaningful alternatives that allow students to learn even when they cannot be physically present or when classroom time is limited. I want to maintain and build upon the academic progress our students have achieved, particularly in Math 3, where we have established a 1,024% increase in proficiency over the past three years. This project will help me continue preparing students for success on the state exam while developing deeper mathematical understanding, confidence, and independence.

What makes my students special is their potential. I truly believe that my students can excel when they are given access to amazing resources, engaging instruction, and opportunities to learn beyond the traditional classroom. They deserve tools that meet them where they are and allow them to keep learning regardless of attendance, circumstances, or pace. This project is one more way I can help ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed.
