My Project

Our school is filled with diverse, resilient, and hard-working students who show up every day ready to learn and grow. What makes them truly special is their vibrant community spirit and their desire to stay connected with their education. Because our families play such a critical role in student success, keeping open, reliable lines of communication between home and school is our top priority.

In the front office, we handle a large volume of attendance letters and notices each week.

Folding these papers by hand takes many hours away from other tasks that are just as important. This machine will also benefit any and all staff sending large volumes of communications home with students. It will fold papers quickly and neatly, save time, and lower our supply costs.

My primary goal for this project is to streamline our office operations so we can maximize our direct support for students and visitors. By introducing an automatic paper folding machine, we will drastically reduce manual processing time for school newsletters, progress reports, and urgent notices. Ultimately, this specific item impacts student learning by transforming the front office into a more responsive, efficient hub, ensuring that crucial educational resources and updates reach parents without delay.
