My Project

My kindergarteners are vibrant, curious learners navigating big emotions for the first time. Their unique energy makes our classroom special, but they need tools to self-regulate when overwhelmed.

My goal is to create a dedicated Cozy Corner stocked with soft seating and sensory tools.

Plush cushions offer a safe space to decompress, while calming tools reduce anxiety.

By having a spot to take a breather, students quickly regain focus and self-control. This allows them to return to instruction emotionally ready, maximizing their daily learning.
