Help me give my students materials that will be used as positive reinforcement to encourage student engagement, celebrate accomplishments, promote positive behavior, and create a fun, supportive learning environment across multiple classrooms.

My Project

I am requesting materials to create a positive, engaging incentive system that motivates students and supports classroom teachers across multiple classrooms.

Sticker charts and stickers will help students visually track their progress and celebrate positive behaviors, participation, effort, and academic accomplishments.

Small candy and other student-friendly rewards will provide occasional recognition for reaching classroom goals.

Incentive chips/tokens and small toys will primarily support classroom teachers by giving them flexible tools to recognize student success, encourage positive classroom participation, and maintain an engaging learning environment. These materials will allow me to use consistent, positive reinforcement while adapting incentives to the needs of their individual classrooms.

By providing these low-cost motivational resources, this project will help my school create a positive culture where students are encouraged to participate, persevere, and celebrate their accomplishments, while teachers have practical tools to reinforce those behaviors across multiple classrooms.
