This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love my students because each one brings a unique personality, perspective, and spark to our classroom. Watching them grow in confidence, discover new interests, and celebrate their accomplishments is one of the most rewarding parts of being a teacher. I want every student to feel valued, supported, and excited to learn.

Organizational tools help students stay focused and prepared, while flexible seating gives them choices that can improve comfort and engagement.

Small rewards also encourage positive behavior, effort, and perseverance. Together, these resources create a welcoming classroom where students feel motivated, confident, and ready to succeed.
