Help me give my students outside storage for their playground. We want to protect our resources for our children so they can last the entire school year and beyond.

My Project

Proper storage for outdoor toys helps create a preschool playground that is safe, organized, and welcoming. Clearly labeled bins, shelves, and storage areas protect balls, hoops, riding toys, and other equipment from damage and bad weather.

Organized storage also reduces clutter and tripping hazards while making it easier for children and teachers to find the materials they need.

When every material has a proper place, children learn self-sufficiency, responsibility, and independence at school.

Outdoor play gives pre-kindergarten children important opportunities to strengthen their gross motor skills through running, climbing, jumping, balancing, throwing, and riding. These activities build strong muscles, coordination, balance, body awareness, and confidence. Regular gross motor activity also supports children’s health, concentration, emotional well-being, and readiness to participate successfully in classroom learning.
