My Project

Literacy and numeracy manipulatives, timers, and laminating machines can support students in different ways.

Literacy manipulatives such as word cards, vocabulary sentence strips,magnetic letters can help with phonics, spellings,vocabulary,sentence building and reading in a hands-on way.

Numeracy manipulatives such as fraction strips, dice, number lines, place value charts can help students understand mathematical concepts by allowing them to explore numbers and operations.

Timers help students understand how much time they have for an activity, development time management skills stay focused and transition between activities more smoothly.

Laminating worksheets, flashcards, number lines and other learning materials makes them more durable.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
