My Project

I love my students because they are resilient, determined, and full of potential. Every day, I get to see them grow—not only academically, but also socially and personally. My students are learning how to become confident young adults, and I want to make sure they have the support and resources they need to feel comfortable, prepared, and ready to learn.

The hygiene items will provide students with access to essential personal-care products such as deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, feminine hygiene products, lotion, and other everyday necessities.

Having these items available can help students feel more confident and comfortable throughout the school day, allowing them to focus on their lessons instead of worrying about whether they have what they need.

The bulletin board items will help create a welcoming, positive, and motivating learning environment. Colorful displays, encouraging messages, and organized classroom resources can remind students that they are valued and capable of reaching their goals. These visual supports can also reinforce important habits such as organization, goal-setting, responsibility, and perseverance.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
