My Project

Math can be challenging, and my third grade students need a classroom environment where they can focus, listen, and learn without unnecessary distractions. Our students use technology regularly during math instruction and independent practice, including digital lessons and individualized learning activities.

I am hoping to provide headphones for my students so they can create a safe and focused listening environment during math.

Headphones will allow students to hear directions, explanations, and instructional videos clearly while working through math skills at their own pace.

In a classroom full of students learning different skills at different levels, headphones can make a huge difference. Instead of competing with the sounds of other students devices, students will be able to concentrate on their own learning. This is especially important when students are practicing new concepts, solving multi-step problems, or receiving additional support through digital math programs.

These headphones will give my students the opportunity to work independently, confidently, and without distractions. They will be used throughout the school year to support math instruction, intervention, practice, and assessment.

By helping provide headphones for our classroom, you are helping my students hear the math, understand the math, and ultimately feel more confident doing the math!
