My Project

If you walked into my classroom, you’d quickly notice that our rug is the hub of everything we do. We gather there for whole-group reading and math lessons, social-emotional learning, class discussions, brain breaks, morning meetings, and story time. It’s where we build relationships, learn from one another, and create a classroom community where every child feels like they belong. Our current rug has seen many years of busy kindergarteners and is ready to be replaced. A new rug would give my students a comfortable, inviting space where they can continue learning, growing, and making memories together
