My Project

Many of my students experience stress, anxiety, frustration, and difficulty maintaining focus throughout the school day. The stress balls requested through this project will provide students with a simple, age-appropriate tool to help regulate their emotions and manage stress in a healthy way.

Stress balls offer students a quiet sensory outlet that can help reduce feelings of anxiety, improve self-control, and increase concentration during instruction.

When students are able to calm their minds and bodies, they are better equipped to stay engaged, participate in classroom activities, and focus on academic tasks.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
