Enjoying Literature by Talking to Texts!

Help me give my students Sharpies, a laminating machine, laminating pouches, and Lysol to help them engage in reading texts!

My Project

This school year, I plan to have my students participate in more collaborative learning activities in my ELA class.

Sharpies will be used for text annotations, which help students identify key evidence and important details.

Laminated literary questions will be more engaging for students. I want them to share ideas with their classmates using the laminated materials. To keep my classroom clean and sanitized, I am requesting Lysol.

My students are 9th graders and still adjusting to high school. I want them to enjoy my class while learning.
