My Project

This project is to help students receive adequate participation in both physical education and sports within our school. Too many times we have heard that "I don't have what your kids need." or "Your students can't do that." Let me be the first to tell you that they can do what everyone else can do when we make it accessible. I would love to provide students with foam balls to ensure their safety. Things like plastic rackets, a parachute, and beach balls will help them to work on physical skills, as well as hand eye coordination. We want to use low dot cones to ensure safety for all students. Ensuring they do not trip over things that may be too tall for them. Also the extension that goes on the basketball goal will allow for student with physical limitations to be able to achieve success just like everyone else.

It is my largest belief that if we open our minds, they we can open a whole new world for students that didn't even know it existed.

All students need is for us to allow for them to find it. All students are not the same, but all students have the right to learn and participate!
