My Project

A rug is one of the most important spaces in our classroom. It is our meeting area, where we gather for morning meetings, read-alouds, phonics lessons, math discussions, science investigations, and community-building activities.

Currently, our classroom does not have a dedicated rug large enough for all of my students to sit together comfortably.

A classroom rug provides more than just a place to sit, it creates a welcoming environment where every child has a designated space to learn, participate, and feel like they belong. By supporting this classroom rug, you are helping create a space where my students can build strong foundational skills while growing together as a classroom community. Our rug will be the heart of our classroom, where we gather for lessons, read-alouds, and meaningful discussions.
