My Project

My fourth graders are curious, kind, and eager to learn. They work hard every day, encourage one another, and come to school ready to do their best. With our lunch not taking place until nearly 1:00 p.m., many students begin to lose energy and have difficulty focusing as the morning goes on.

Providing a quick, individually wrapped snack each day will help keep hungry tummies full, minds focused, and students ready to learn.

Snacks such as granola bars, cereal bars, fruit snacks, crackers, and other easy grab-and-go items will give them the boost they need to stay engaged in lessons, participate in classroom discussions, and continue doing their best until lunchtime. This simple resource will make a meaningful difference in helping my students stay energized, focused, and successful throughout the school day.
