My Project

To stock my interactive chemistry classroom, I am seeking a balance of engaging educational tools, highly visible writing supplies, and durable cleanup essentials. My goal is to incorporate student whiteboards into our daily routine for warm-ups and essential math-based units, including balancing chemical equations, processing metric conversions, and solving unit calculations. To make this daily active learning possible, students need reliable dry-erase markers, neon markers, and erasers. Finally, to foster teamwork and collaboration, students will utilize dedicated poster board stands to display and present their group work. Because I share resources and move between rooms, a Portal Collapsible Wagon is essential to safely transfer these heavy science materials from one classroom to another. I am also requesting a Periodic Table puzzle, which will serve as an interactive, hands-on tool to help students master and remember groups and columns—a core foundation they must rely on throughout the entire year.This project will directly benefit 200 chemistry students across both semesters, equipping them with the resources they need to collaborate, calculate, and conduct hands-on science safely.
