This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are curious, creative, and eager to learn. They thrive when they can actively participate in lessons and discover new ideas through hands-on experiences. Every day, they show resilience, ask thoughtful questions, and encourage one another as they grow both academically and personally.

By giving students opportunities to touch, build, sort, and explore, these materials will strengthen their understanding of key skills while increasing engagement and confidence.

They will support differentiated instruction, allowing students with a variety of learning styles and abilities to access the curriculum in ways that work best for them. These resources will also encourage collaboration, problem-solving, and critical thinking as students work together to investigate concepts and explain their reasoning.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
