Help me give my students high-quality protein and electrolytes to help rebuild their muscles and hydrate after their intense soccer training sessions and games.

My Project

This initiative is aiming to provide our students with effective, efficient and high-quality resources to combat the unforgiving heat and humidity in North Carolina. Rather than take our chances with water and inconsistent food, our goal is to create a protocol in which our players can prepare, compete and recover to their fullest potential.

Our project includes electrolytes which will replenish vital nutrients expended during competition and help avoid and prevent muscle strains and pulls while also allowing those muscles to maintain a highest possible performance.

Sport science tells us that a muscle that is even 3% dehydrated loses up to 30% of performance. We also know that dehydration also significantly increases the risks of concussions.

Once our players conclude their competition, they need to recover quickly. A steady, reliable system that can speed the return of muscles to their top functionality is imperative to our success. The protein supplied in this project will be the catalyst to immediately begin the process of rebuilding muscles and allowing our students to regain their top physical form quicker and more effectively than without it.
