My Project

I love that my students enter my Art classroom eager to learn, ready to create, and show up with lots of energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm! My students learn best when they have a comfortable place to sit and flexibility to collaborate. The TURSTIN colorful, stackable stools as well as the foldable stools will give my students flexible seating that supports creativity, collaboration, and choice-based learning in our art room. Their lightweight and portable design also allows us to take learning outdoors, where students can comfortably sketch trees, observe patterns in nature, study light and shadow, and create art inspired by the world around them. These bright, colorful stools will help transform every space - inside and outside - into an engaging environment where young artists can imagine, explore, create with confidence, feel a deep sense of belonging, and connect with the world around them in meaningful ways. Because these stools do not have a backboard like traditional classroom chairs, they will also help keep students mindful of maintaining a healthy artist posture too!
