This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

​I am incredibly proud of my students' resilience and dedication to learning. They enter the classroom every single day with bright smiles and an eagerness to absorb new concepts, but staying focused for a full school day requires a lot of energy.

​This project aims to support both their physical and academic needs by providing a steady supply of healthy snacks and essential classroom materials.

Many times, a quick snack break is all it takes to help a student refocus and stay engaged in their schoolwork without the distraction of an empty stomach. At the same time, having the right learning materials ensures they can participate fully in our daily hands-on lessons without any barriers.
