My Project

In our Kindergarten classroom, I want to create a calm corner where students can take a quiet moment to regulate their emotions, recharge, and return to learning feeling safe and ready. A cozy tent and sensory tools will provide a welcoming space for children who may feel overwhelmed, anxious, or simply need a break from the busy classroom environment. By giving my students access to these calming resources, I can help them build self-regulation skills, increase their confidence, and create a classroom where every child feels supported, understood, and able to thrive.
