My Project

My high school English students are thoughtful, resilient, and full of potential. Every day, they read challenging texts, analyze literature, develop arguments, and strengthen their writing skills. I love watching them grow into confident readers, critical thinkers, and effective communicators as they discover the power of their own voices.

To be successful, my students need access to basic classroom supplies that support their learning every day.

Notebooks will allow them to take notes, respond to literature, journal, and draft essays. Highlighters will help them annotate texts, identify literary elements, and gather textual evidence. Writing utensils ensure every student is prepared to participate in daily activities, while organizers will help them plan essays, organize ideas, and manage assignments throughout the school year.

These essential resources will help create a classroom where students can stay organized, engage deeply with reading, and communicate their ideas clearly through writing. Your generosity will equip my students with the tools they need to succeed in English Language Arts and prepare them for college, careers, and life beyond high school.
