My Project

To support hands-on learning in our 5th grade science classroom, we need materials that allow students to actively investigate, explore, and apply what they are learning through the North Carolina Science Standards. Science comes alive when students are able to test ideas, build models, make observations, and work like real scientists.

With the right materials, students will be able to explore topics such as ecosystems, matter, energy, Earth systems, and engineering design through meaningful, inquiry-based learning experiences.

These supplies will help students measure, build, test, and record data during investigations. They will also support collaboration, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills that are essential for future success in science and beyond.

Your support will help transform our classroom into a space where curiosity is encouraged, experiments are hands-on, and every student has the opportunity to feel like a scientist.
