My Project

Every child learns differently, and providing flexible seating options can make a meaningful difference in student engagement and success. My first graders spend their days reading, writing, collaborating, and participating in hands-on activities. Flexible seating will allow students to choose learning spaces that help them focus, feel comfortable, and do their best work.

This project will provide alternative seating options such as wobble cushions, floor seats, lap desks, and other flexible seating choices that encourage movement while maintaining a productive learning environment.

These options help students develop self-regulation skills, increase on-task behavior, and foster independence as they learn to make responsible choices about their workspace.

By creating a classroom that offers comfort, choice, and flexibility, I can better meet the diverse needs of all learners. Your support will help transform our classroom into a welcoming space where students feel empowered, engaged, and excited to learn every day.
