My Project

Many of my students come into my classroom believing they hate reading. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is watching those same students discover a book they genuinely enjoy and end the year surprising me with what they've read and accomplished.

These novels will help me create a diverse and engaging classroom library with something for every reader.

By providing a wide variety of genres, topics, and reading levels, students will have more opportunities to find books that spark their curiosity and keep them turning pages.

To help students build strong reading habits, I require regular reading logs that encourage them to read consistently and develop their reading stamina. However, students are much more likely to stick with reading when they can choose books that match their interests.

Building reading stamina and literacy skills is essential for academic success and lifelong learning. With access to more books, my students will be able to strengthen their reading abilities, grow their confidence, and develop a love of reading that extends beyond the classroom.
