This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach 2nd grade. The 2025-26 school year gave me 18 out of 24 children as boys. As you can imagine, it’s been an active year to say the least! I need to replace a few things due to wear and tear. I also learned some best practices for smooth sailing with organization. Items such as the label maker and markers will help with engagement and organization tremendously. With your help, the next class can have a classroom that runs smoothly and is refreshed with new flex seating. At our school, we serve Title 1 students who crave the order, stability, and nurturing I can provide with an organized classroom and a teacher who loves them.
