My Project

Student-athletes are often expected to push their bodies to perform at a high level, yet many lack access to basic recovery resources that can help them stay healthy throughout a demanding season.

Our track and field athletes spend countless hours training before and after school and on weekends, while balancing academics, jobs, family responsibilities, and other commitments.

This project will provide recovery tools, such as foam rollers, resistance bands, stretching equipment, and wellness resources, to help athletes care for their bodies and reduce the risk of injury.

Beyond physical recovery, these materials support mental and emotional well-being. Having a dedicated space where athletes can slow down, recover, and prepare for the next challenge reinforces the message that their health matters.

Our goal is to build an environment where students feel supported not only as athletes, but as young people. By investing in recovery and wellness, donors are helping our athletes develop healthy habits that will benefit them long after their final race.

Every student deserves access to resources that help them perform their best, recover safely, and continue pursuing their goals with confidence.
