My Project

A strong team culture starts with a strong foundation, but it thrives through organization and ownership.

As our track and field program continues to grow, we are working to create a dedicated space where student-athletes can gather, prepare, and feel connected to something bigger than themselves.

While storage systems provide the structure, organization tools help make that structure functional and student-friendly.

This project will provide storage baskets, bins, and a labeling system that will allow athletes to easily locate, access, and return team equipment and resources. Instead of spending valuable time searching for materials, students will be able to focus on training, teamwork, and personal growth.

More importantly, these organizational systems will help create a sense of ownership and pride within our program. When students have a well-organized environment, they are more likely to care for shared resources, take responsibility for their space, and contribute positively to the culture we are building.

Our goal is not simply to organize equipment. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment that promotes belonging, responsibility, and success both on and off the track.

Every bin, basket, and label brings us one step closer to creating a home for our student-athletes.
