Help Us Build a Library Where Every Reader Thrives!

Help me give my students a functional classroom library by donating today to provide our students with books tailored to their reading levels and an easy-to-use organizational system/ shelf that fosters independent learning.

My Project

Imagine walking into a room full of books, but not being able to read a single one of them.

For many of my students, that is their daily reality.

Right now, our classroom library is a bit of a jigsaw puzzle with missing pieces. We have wonderful, eager readers, but we are facing two major hurdles: many of our books don’t match my students' current reading levels, and our lack of an organized system makes finding (and returning) the perfect book a chaotic chore rather than an exciting adventure. I want to change that, and I need your help to build a functional, accessible classroom library.

The Big Picture: What We Need

To turn our reading corner into a bustling literary hub, we are raising funds for two critical components:

Books on Their Level: A diverse collection of high-interest books that span a wide range of reading abilities. Every student—whether they are working hard to catch up or looking for a serious reading challenge—deserves to pull a book off the shelf and feel confident saying, "I can read this!"

An Age-Appropriate Organization System: A kid-friendly checkout and sorting system (complete with durable, color-coded bins and easy-to-use labels). This will teach my students independence, accountability, and organizational skills as they learn to manage their own library checkout process.

Why Your Donation Matters

A functional classroom library isn't just about storing books; it’s about equity, independence, and fostering a lifelong love for learning. When students can easily navigate a library tailored to their needs, magic happens:

"The right book, in the hands of the right child, at the right time, can change a life."

By donating, you are providing the tools my students need to build reading stamina, boost their comprehension, and take pride in managing their own learning space.
