Help me give my students opportunities to strengthen their mental, emotional, and physical health through sports, movement, and social-emotional learning activities that build confidence, teamwork, leadership, resilience, and positive connections in a safe, supportive environment.

My Project

My students thrive when they have opportunities to connect physical activity with social-emotional learning and mental wellness. The scooter set, physical education kit with balls and jump ropes, giant pompom balls, parachute, and exercise dice will encourage movement, teamwork, coordination, and healthy physical activity while helping students reduce stress, build confidence, and develop positive relationships with their peers. The sensory path will provide structured opportunities for movement and self-regulation, helping students improve focus and manage emotions throughout the day. The fidget octopus, emotion fidget poppers, emotion and feelings busy book, and feelings coloring book will give students calming tools to recognize, express, and regulate their emotions in healthy ways. Together, these resources will help bridge the gap between physical education and mental health by teaching students that movement, play, self-awareness, and emotional expression are all important parts of maintaining a healthy mind and body.
