My Project

My students come to school each day carrying a wide range of challenges, and our classroom strives to be a safe, welcoming space where they can focus, collaborate, and grow. Creating flexible seating options helps students feel more comfortable and engaged throughout the day. Many students work best when they have opportunities to move, change locations, and learn in environments that feel different from a traditional desk setup.

Our elevated workstations have quickly become a favorite spot in the classroom because they encourage collaboration, movement, and active participation during lessons.

Students are excited by the opportunity to sit somewhere different in the classroom, which helps increase motivation and focus. However, we need additional seating so more students can comfortably use these workstations during independent work, small groups, and classroom discussions.

These metal stools would provide durable, long-lasting seating that supports flexible learning and classroom collaboration. By adding stools to our elevated workstations, students will have greater access to engaging learning spaces that help them stay focused, confident, and connected to their learning. This project will help create a classroom environment where every student feels valued, supported, and excited to participate each day.
