My Project

My students are eager to learn and thrive when they are given structure, consistency, and hands-on support. In our special education resource classroom, students work in small groups on a variety of academic and behavioral goals, and many benefit from predictable routines and organized learning systems that help them build independence and confidence.

I am working to create a classroom environment where students can enter the room, immediately access their materials, and begin meaningful independent work while I provide targeted small group and individualized instruction.

The binders, folders, storage systems, and organizational materials in this project will help create structured routines that reduce transition time, improve focus, and allow students to take ownership of their learning.

The dry erase boards, sleeves, laminator, and reusable materials will allow students to practice skills repeatedly in engaging ways while helping maximize classroom resources. Headphones will support students during independent technology-based learning and intervention programs. The rolling cart and storage tools will help keep materials organized and accessible in a small learning space where efficient systems are essential.

These resources will help create a calm, organized, and supportive learning environment where students can build academic skills, independence, confidence, and positive classroom routines every day.
