My Project

My second-grade students are curious, creative, and eager to learn. A classroom library filled with engaging books and learning supplies will help them build strong reading habits and develop confidence as independent learners. Having access to a variety of books at their reading levels will encourage students to explore new topics, strengthen comprehension skills, and discover the joy of reading. The additional classroom supplies will support hands-on learning activities, helping students stay engaged, organized, and excited about learning every day.

My goal is to create a welcoming and resource-rich classroom library where every student can find books that interest and inspire them.

I want to provide materials that support literacy growth, imagination, and academic success for all learners. With these books and supplies, students will have opportunities to practice reading both independently and collaboratively while building critical thinking and communication skills. I hope to create an environment where students feel motivated to learn, take academic risks, and develop a lifelong love of reading.

My students come to school each day with enthusiasm, kindness, and a desire to learn. They are hardworking, compassionate, and full of unique talents and personalities. Many of my students learn best through hands-on experiences, interactive activities, and access to engaging reading materials. They support one another, celebrate each other’s successes, and bring so much joy and energy into our classroom community. I want to provide them with the tools and opportunities they deserve so they can continue growing into confident readers and lifelong learners.
