I am a first grade teacher in Arkansas. I have 20 students, 10 boys and 10 girls. My students are very excited about learning how to read!

I would like to share the love of reading with my students by having a variety of ways to excite them. A lot of my students come from a limited background with a limited source of resources.

I would love to be able to share many books with the students that they are familiar with and unfamiliar with. My students need 5 personal CD players and headphones, a variety of books and CDs. This will build and continue the love of reading for many years to come.

With your help, I can ensure that my students will be exposed to a variety of reading materials and stories. Many books are available on CDs. I can and will make a difference in the lives of children!
