I teach second graders in a rural community in East Tennessee. Because I am held accountable for teaching all subjects, a gathering carpet for multiple centers and activities would be beneficial toward their learning environment. I am in one of the smaller rooms and have very little usable space. One area needs to serve many functions. The carpet would aid in whole group and small group instruction across the curriculum. The carpet would culminate a fun and active environment encouraging students to learn.

My classroom is smaller than most and usable space is limited. My students love to read and write and we want to share that with each other.

A carpet to gather on for whole and small group learning would aid in the situation and benefit the students. No more hard floors.

Your help will ensure my students get the best possible environment for learning. The students would benefit from the area rug in numerous ways.
