I work in a low income school. We also serve a large number of Air Force Base children. New budget cuts have made it really difficult for us to obtain supplies that are needed for us.

Teachers are already being forced to buy printer cartridges so that they can print. My students this year are wonderful and I want to keep things fun for them. Help Please!!!

I love creating lessons that are PowerPoint- or computer-based. The students learn so much better with these because it resembles video games. I can have animation and sound that will keep them on their toes. I am hoping to obtain a netbook with powerpoint installed so that I can create powerpoints for them. I work a lot at school and I need something easy for me to carry back and forth. It will also be easy for me to plug into the projector and begin the lesson. Please help my students by helping me.

I want students to enjoy learning. I want them to love history and science as much as I do. It is so hard to use a textbook to deliver a lesson...they need to really visualize what we are talking about. Your help will give me the empowerment to ensure students learn all they can about Social Studies and Science. Thank you.
