My students live in a rural farming town. We don't have much access to museums or galleries, but we are very proud of our art program. Once a year the school has an Arts Fest to show off all the visual arts in our County Schools. When possible, I send their work to state contests and even the capitol for Youth Art Month. Although we may be rural, we work to be a big part of the state and local art community.
