Teacher: Mrs. McClure

I am a 1st Grade teacher in a suburban Title One school where approximately 63% of students are eligible for free/reduced lunch. My classroom is only given a limited amount of funds each year that are mostly used for purchasing everyday supplies (construction paper, pencils, glue, etc.) My classroom consists of many students who need additional support in all academic areas. Many of my students do not have access to the necessary learning tools at home, so the presence of this in the classroom is vital to their education. My students are eager to learn and I work diligently each day to instill within them the love for learning. I love to supply my students with interactive learning tools and experiences that make learning fun. Your help will ensure that my students develop a love for learning. Additional funding will help me to supply my students with the learning tools that will help them reach their academic goals!
