Career exploration matters. It empowers students to gain valuable insight into potential careers, discover what skills they need and routes they can take to reach their goals, and give them the confidence to imagine themselves in the workplace. Your 🔥 Job seeks to achieve this through an easy-to-use platform with top-notch content created by the TIME for Kids team, featuring dynamic leaders in their industries and fields.

In this survey, you'll be asked to share your experience exploring Your 🔥 Job. Please explore the resource as outlined before starting the survey. If everything checks out after you fill out this form, you'll be emailed your $150 DonorsChoose gift code within three weeks. Your responses will be shared with PwC Charitable Foundation and TIME for Kids.

Step 1: Complete the Skills Explorer Quiz. Navigate to the Your 🔥 Job website, create a profile, and complete the Skills Explorer quiz, as prompted. Upon completing the quiz, you’ll unlock content curated to match your interests that you can explore to earn badges.

Step 2: Explore your Customized Feed. Once you’ve completed the Skills Explorer and reviewed your results, you’ll learn how your strengths connect to careers across various industries. Click through to your customized feed and explore the featured content. There you will find articles, inspiration quotes, videos and much more.

  • As you scroll through the career pathways and your customized feed content, what is capturing your interest, and what questions are coming up?
  • What questions or ideas might your students have when engaging with this content?

Step 3: Consider what would take the Your 🔥 Job platform to the next level. Help the TIME for Kids team take this platform to the next level. Their goal is to help any young person tap into their inner strengths and connect those strengths to potential career opportunities.

  • What features or activities could the TIME for Kids team add to get students excited about their skills and career interests?
  • Is there anything about the site that felt difficult to use from a teacher and/or student perspective?
  • What was your favorite part of exploring the platform?

Teachers can only fill out each classroom rewards form once, and can earn a maximum of one gift code for each form. Teachers will only be able to redeem one gift code from each opportunity.
