The addition of two computers and a printer to the art room allows students to access and print materials which will help inform their artwork during the planning stages. My goal is always to encourage students' curiosity and support their interests beyond the project goals. The ability to research background information and reference images will help add a deeper aspect of learning to our already interdisciplinary projects. Since many of our projects contain links to historical, cultural, and geographical themes, allowing my students a way to research these connections and access imagery that supports their artwork will only help them learn more.
