Buena Vista provides a full immersion program in Spanish for all students, K-5. Kindergarten students receive 90% of instruction in Spanish and 10% of instruction in English. About 90% of my kindergarten students are learning Spanish as a second language and 10% are native Spanish speakers. In kindergarten at Buena Vista we listen with our whole bodies, care about each other and are constantly exploring.
