Thanks for checking out my page. I have taught in Tulsa Public Schools for twenty-three years so far, and am married to a librarian in the school system. I try to find interesting and relevant things for students to read and write about and am using Donors Choose to enhance my classroom to the benefit of my students. The photo you see was an activity the students and my team of teachers did to get to know one another at the beginning of the year. So far, the highlight of this school year has been taking a group of my eighth graders to a nearby elementary school (across the parking lot) to read to a classroom of first graders. You should have seen it!
