Our new stools have been a wonderful addition to our learning space and are already being used every single day! From math WIN groups to reading rotations, these stools provide flexible seating options that make small-group learning more comfortable and inviting. When my students first saw the stools, they were so excited! They immediately commented on the bright, cheerful colors and how perfectly they matched our classroom theme. They especially love having a variety of seating options throughout the day. It has been so fun to see how something as simple as new seating can bring so much excitement to our classroom!\r\n\r\nRight now, my fifth graders are exploring the fascinating world of ancient civilizations, including the Maya, Inca, and Aztecs. We began our unit with hands-on learning rotations where students explored different aspects of each civilization, from farming and architecture to social classes and daily life. We even built our own chinampas, or floating gardens, during STEM time! Our new stools have been right there with us through every rotation, providing the perfect place for students to collaborate, investigate, and learn together. As we continue our unit, students are using what they have learned to create informational writing projects showcasing their knowledge of these incredible civilizations.\r\n\r\nYour generosity has helped make our classroom a more colorful, flexible, and welcoming place to learn. These stools are so much more than just a place to sit. They help create opportunities for collaboration, engagement, and meaningful learning experiences that my students will benefit from throughout the school year and beyond.
