The very first day we opened them, the kids' eyes lit up and they rushed to the block center, eager to explore. Last year the kids loved the big hallow blocks and building large towers and homes for the animals and people. This year they are loving the smaller blocks that they are playing with at the table. \r\n\r\nPlaying together with our new toys we've been using teamwork, problem-solving, and creativity. It's been amazing to see students invite one another into their play, share ideas, and proudly explain their buildings and creations to each other. \r\n\r\nNext, we'll be rotating the toys to give kids fresh opportunities to explore and encouraging them to use the materials in new ways. This keeps their curiosity growing and inspires them to think outside the box with every build.","fullyFundedDate":1746455894909,"projectUrl":"project/building-bright-minds-a-block-party-for/9173220/","projectTitle":"Building Bright Minds: A Block Party for Learning","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Krueger","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp5071312_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1514988166967","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/mrskrueger4k"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_38699","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":206,"numTeachers":11,"percentFrplEligible":41,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":0,"percentWhite":92,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":4,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"Pre-K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"18.7:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"RURAL","ncesMetroType":"RURAL_DISTANT"},"inStateSupporters":77.9,"schoolId":38699,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Think Academy on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Think Academy","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/wisconsin/wisconsin-rapids-public-schools/rudolph-elementary-school/38699"}
